Book the perfect Christmas party with sweeping views from the Club while you bowl! Choose from our 2 food-and-bowls packages (1) BBQ Buffet Package or (2) Bowls and Platters Package, then choose from our offered time slots below.

11am - 1pm Bowling
1pm - 3pm Bowling
3pm - 5pm Bowling

Our regular Function Menus & Packages and Bowling-only bookings will NOT be available during peak season (November and December).
Beverages: Strictly NO BYO food or beverages. We have a bar in-Club. You are welcome to open up a bar tab or for guests to purchase their own. Beverage Packages are not available/offered.
Wet Weather: Light showers - You may still bowl if you wish. Heavy rain - We are happy to allocate an area inside the Club so you can still enjoy Club facilities, have your food and drinks. Alternative options: use our pool table or trivia box, or prepare/bring your own indoor activity (with affirmative permission of the Manager).
Booking: Tentative bookings are held for 48 hours only, and will be released and possibly offered to others if we do not receive a confirmation. The Club will send you a Booking Form that you must fill out and send back to us along with a $500 deposit, which secures your booking.
Cancellations: You must send a written notice via email or call the Functions Manager and receive a response confirmation regarding any cancellations. All bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled for any reason within 14 working days prior to the booked date. All pre-ordered food and Games Host(s) requested must be paid in full.
Games Host: Must be requested at least 14 working days prior to the booked date as they are by request and by availability only. Groups of 80+ people may require 2 or 3 Games Hosts.
Exclusive Use or Private Event: Our restaurant also serves as our function room and accommodates approximately 100 people seated or 200 people standing. A room hire fee or minimum spend applies if you wish to hire this exclusively.
Travel and Parking: Waverton Train Station is only a 5-minute walk to the Club. There is no parking area for guests within the Club premises. There is parking available in the streets surrounding the Club. Please ask the Club Staff for assistance for any disabled guests.
