Annual General Meeting
Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the North Sydney Club Limited will be held at the registered office of that company, Woolcott Street, Waverton NSW 2060, on Wednesday 31st May 2017 at 6:00 PM.
The business of the meeting will be:
- Receive apologies;
- To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Report of the company for the year ending 31st December 2016 and report by the Directors and Auditors thereon;
- To receive, consider and adopt the Directors' report and statement by Directors;
- To transact any other business that may be lawfully brought before the meeting,
by order of the Board.
